Outreach ministry
WHO WE ARE
The Parish Outreach Ministry is a group of parish volunteers called to serve those in need in our community.
The Outreach Office is open - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. 9:30 AM - 12:00 Noon and volunteers meet when notified.
HOW WE SERVE
Through donations from local fraternity organization such as VFW, American Legion, Moose Lodge, Elks and contributions from our parishioners, we provide a food pantry for needy families in the Stevensville, Chester, and Grasonville communities.
We do not accept donation of clothing at this time. If you are interested in volunteering for this or any other ministry at St. Christopher's please contact our Director of Outreach, or the Parish Office.

CURRENT NEEDSFruit! Fruit! Fruit!...canned (or in a jar) that is.....and can always use canned chicken and boxed cereal.

Backpack Program
HOW WE SERVE
We deliver bags of food to three local schools to help food
insecure students with weekend meals. Our foods are non-perishable and individually sized so the students may prepare them on their own.We are need of many Backpack food items. Please donate to our wagon outside of the Parish hall or drop off at the Outreach Office on T-W-Th 9:30 - 12.

CURRENT NEEDSIndividual shelf stable white and chocolate milks, Chef Boyardee pasta bowls, pudding cups, cracker packs, tuna and chicken salad kits with crackers, Mac and cheese cups, individual peanut butter to-go packs and snack sized pretzels.
